The 15th Symposium “Mathematics and Applications” will be held on December 12–13, 2025, organized by the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, and the Mathematical Society of Serbia. The official opening and introductory lectures will take place on December 12 in the Professors’ Hall of the Faculty of Economics (Kamenička 6/I) starting at 10:00 a.m. The lectures will continue on December 13 at the premises of the Faculty of Mathematics (Studentski trg 16/IV). Participation of Department Members in the EMS School in the Czech Republic
Members of our department and students participated in the EMS Summer School Mathematical Modelling, Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing, held from June 15 to 20, 2025, in Kacov, Czech Republic. The participants were: Dr. Aleksandra Delić, Dr. Sandra Živanović, Vukašin Brković, Damjan Stanković, Jovana Kostić, and Dušan Bogojević. This school, organized under the auspices of the European Mathematical Society (EMS), brought together researchers and students from across Europe and around the world to exchange knowledge and the latest advances in the fields of mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, and scientific computing.
